We stand by the performance and durability of our cables. All are 1P620 Class 2 / IPC 620 Class 2 designated for performance and reliability, with Class 3 available as required. We also utilize a Kanban System that includes packaging and stocking optimization.

We deploy rigorous tests, including Horizon and Pin testing to test resilience, durability and other specific criteria. J-Squared’s subsidiary ESL Labs, one of North America’s best equipped MIL-SPEC test labs, conducts a broad range of EMI/EMC and environmental tests. Cables can be thoroughly tested to withstand harsh environmental conditions, including vibration, salt, fog and sand to various standards.
